My name is Himanshu Sakwar, and I am from Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
My Yoga Journey:
I have been involved in sports activities since childhood. I have always given great importance to physical exercise, and I have been a gold medalist at the university level in discus throw. I often got injured on the field, and sometimes I faced problems during gym workouts, but I always managed to recover through physical exercise. Then, I saw people around me and my relatives facing minor problems and resorting to painkillers and even surgery. This made me think that if I could heal myself through physical exercise, I could help others too. I then read life stories of people who had used yoga to overcome major health problems. That’s when I decided to learn yoga and help people by providing them with the right information, showing them that what they consider incurable diseases can be treated through yoga. I then received my yoga education at the D.A.V.V. Yoga Adhyayan Shala in Indore and studied the human body. I learned how we can cure various diseases through yoga asanas without relying on painkillers. Today, I have been practicing yoga therapy for seven years, during which I have helped over 1000 plus people become pain-free and saved them from surgery.
My life’s purpose is to spread yoga to everyone so that they can live a healthy life and stay away from the troubles of painkillers and surgery.
